5 Stars are seriously inadequate. 10 Stars for Monica Stubblefield of Marissa Designs for staging my listing at 10 Binnacle Lane in Foster City, CA!!! Monica Stubblefield is a tour de force, one-woman army. Her method is all-encompassing. She does octopus run in a nanosecond--arms outstretched in all directions at the same time with movers who know her instruction before she gives it. Monica is able to complete a regular stager's job in 1/10th of the time with a hundred times more attention to detail, looking a million times more vibrant, exciting, and completely seducing the camera. More importantly, she exudes trust. The seller clients had absolutely no worries about their stuff, placement, safety or outcome. In fact, the sellers were totally against staging for 8 months prior to finally doing so, I honestly thought why bother. But after it was done, they finally understood what a difference an incredible staging can make, which no one who saw the place before thought possible. I had a real estate partner in Pacific Palisades where I first started my Real Estate career. Like Paul Pekar who could read through anything and anyone, reduce it/them down to their bare essentials and make something brand new happen no one could ever conjure--Monica Stubblefield is the very same. She is the quintessential artist's artist with my same can-do, must-do, new territories theme which I have for all my listings. Monica believes,as I do, in no dress rehearsals, no repeat performances, has to fabulous on the first take. Suddenly we had to bustamove on market for Binnacle, and Monica made a miracle happen. She adjusted her schedule and arrived done, feat accompli, with an incredible surge of energy and power for that listing which was the highest recorded sale ever for Townhomes in Foster City. Years from now, her staging photos will be featured in a museum. And when the Aliens land, they will ask her to decorate~.
